01Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. There is currently no restocking fee.
You are responsible for ordinary return postage. We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error — for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item.
02Refund Timeline
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you'll receive it more quickly. Here's the typical breakdown:

Time for us to process your return once we receive it.
Bank Refund
Time for your bank to process our refund request.
03Shipping
We offer free standard shipping within the United States on all products. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Special-order items have their own estimated processing and delivery dates, which we will provide separately.
04Estimated Delivery Times
Standard orders generally require 2–3 business days for processing, followed by 3–5 business days in transit. The estimated total is 5–8 business days.
These estimates are not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery. Special-order estimates are provided separately.
